The work
We delivered a comprehensive .NET training and consulting program for the software team at the Traffic Management Center, which manages Istanbul traffic around the clock.
Together, we reviewed active projects, proposed architecture and code-quality improvements, and implemented selected changes directly in the codebase. The team could apply what they learned in production immediately.
