Flow from Issue to PR
The job description is written in the issue; the agent opens the branch, makes the change, opens the PR, the person approves. The acceptance criterion for each step is defined — the difference between “I think it's working” and “passed the test” is clear.

Codebase-specific configuration
The agent out of the box is useless in the corporate codebase. The rules of the project, frequently used commands, directory ownership, and “touch here” limits are written down; the agent works by reading them.

Connecting to review and test
The code generated by the agent does not go directly to the main branch. Automated inspection, test production and scope control are part of the CI line. The agent speeds up; the line decides what to pass.

Code not coming out
This is the real obstacle for most teams. An installation is possible where the codebase and prompts do not go out: the model runs on your own hardware or in a contracted EU region. Sir scanning and inspection records are part of the line.
